King's Village
King's Village is a unique community located in the NorthWest part of Houston. Located just 5 minutes South of The Woodlands and 3 minutes North of Old Town Spring this Hamlet truly sets itself apart. King's Village is anchored by its 53 townhomes in its interior and will be surrounded by approximately 100,000 sq ft of commercial store front along its frontage adjacent to Louetta Rd and Old Holzwarth. The store fronts will also be designed to resemble its interior village with an Old English design tieing the whole community together from start to finish.

Our mission is simple. We set out to create an environment of stress-free, easy care and secure living that is in touch with today's world. We wanted to cater to hard-working singles on the run, Young families getting started and elders looking to right-size their life all while providing the quality they have come to expect from traditional large lot, open styled communities. We also set out to create an environment that would create community rather than isolate neighbors.
