April’s experience in the mortgage origination business is deep and varied. April’s first experience in small business and customer service dates back to 2001 when she opened up her own insurance company. Drawn to the real estate business she became a mortgage broker in 2005 and since then has been intimately involved in the mortgage origination business as a broker, loan officer, and processor closing and successfully funding all types of loans ranging from VA, FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac conventional conforming as well as non-conforming loans.
April chose to join Homestart Capital as a team member because of the company’s values. The company’s culture of honesty, focus on knowledge/training, overall office knowledge, experience and desire to grow meshed well with her core values and complimented her professionalism.
As HomeStart’s processor April’s goal is to work closely with all its clients to ensure they receive excellent customer service during the entire origination process. She loves being a part of the home financing process and providing solutions. Her overall goal is to ensure a smooth & enjoyable process full of integrity.
