Minimum credit score requirement is only 575 for mixed-use, multi-family, warehouse, office, retail, and automotive properties. A minimum credit score of 600 is required for Tier 3 and Tier 4 properties. A minimum credit score of 640 is required for bar and restaurant special purpose properties.
