Refund Policy
HomeStart's application fee is non-refundable. Third-party fees, such as appraisal costs, are non-refundable if third-parties have been contacted, work has been commenced and/or billed to HomeStart. All refund requests must be made in writing and will be processed upon receipt. All refunds will be delivered via first-class USPS mail.
